iPhone won’t send pics or videos after ios16 update

Ever since ios16 updates my iPhone message pics or videos fail to send. Everything is on like it is suppose

to be and I have to turn everything off including the phone more than once for it to work. Extremely frustrating!!! There needs to be a fix ASAP!

Try to do a force restart -> Force restart iPhone – Apple Support (UK)
