Family screen time

My child had a new iPhone and which is logged onto his iCloud, yet under his screen time I get an (!) error message that his screen time has not been recorded for 7 days as he is not logged into his iCloud. We are all logged in. We have family sharing plan and everything else is working. Any idea how to fix it? We are all up-to-date with ios software updates. Thanks

We understand that you're not seeing your child's Screen Time being logged. We'd be happy to provide information to help you address this.


On your child's iPhone, go to Settings > ["Child's Name"] and make sure that the email that appears under their name is the same one you invited to Family Sharing. You can check this on your own device in Settings > ["Your Name" > Family Sharing > Child's Profile. Here you should see the email.
