Issues with subscribing to channels or accessing channels through Apple TV app on my TV
So, I’ve subscribed to BritBox channel through Apple TV app on my laptop.
When I signed into my Apple TV app on my TV (Samsung smart tv, model UN50MU6300F) there is nothing on the home page in terms of “continue watching” scroll or separate scroll for BritBox. When I search for a specific show that I want to watch through BritBox it doesn’t even show up as available. When I go into settings through the Apple app on this TV and go to “Subscriptions” - it says I have no subscriptions. So, I’m really not sure what’s happening here because my watch history and subscriptions are all up to date on all my Apple devices and another TV but not on this particular TV. There is basically no watch history or channels I’m subscribed to through Apple TV app on this TV for my account when I’m fully signed in.
