What is this ? It appears when I plug in headphones and try to make a phone call.

Orange dot visible non-speakerphone The orange light during non speaker phone calls caused me concern as well. I recall it only coming on while taking a call on speaker. So, naturally it would be cause for concern for others as well. We never received the memo on that change.
