how to unpair keyboard

I am on a M1 macmini Monterey. I have 2 bluetooth keyboards paired, the classic and a magic keyboard,

both keyboards work fine.

I want to use the magic keyboard with my ipad instead. So i go into the bluetooth settings on Monterey and expect to see a unpair of forget menu. But i dont. Which means the apple documentation is confusing me or I have some other special situation where I'm looking at the wrong documentation or my system is different. I recall something about holding down a button and holding down the keys "PAIR" at once to break the keyboard pairing on the magic. Anyone recall the correct steps?
