Airpod Pros not pairing with iphone

My iphone 13 stopped connecting with my 1 year old Airpod Pros so I decided to do a reset. I went into the phone settings, selected "Forget This Device" and went through the steps to pair the airpods, but the cases flashes a white light and the phone doesn't see them in the bluetooth settings. I rebooted my phone, turned the BT off and back on, but nothing happens. Followed the on-line instructions numerous times and still nothing. Anyone experience this?

"Airpod Pros not pairing with iPhone: I discover the charging case is apparently having issues charging from my my laptop using a genuine apple charging cable so there wasn’t enough battery life to allow it to pair. This has happened several times, so I’ll have to keep a watch on it."

Get a New Cable:

Using a genuine Apple cable seems the best route to take. So see about getting a different cable. Keep a watch on it, and reply back, with an update on this.
