cannot load Bluetooth pane after updating to Monterey os

Hello all,

I cannot switch on the bluetooth from menu bar on Mac after updating OS.

Also, tried via system preferences, I get the message cannot load bluetooth pane. Not connected on network and i cannot add new bluetooth pan.

I checked for software updates, the mac is up to date, no fixes update.

I also deleted bluetooth plist from library and also the command sudo pkill bluetoothd in terminal.

countless restarts. One of them being being shift, control, option and power button. (too many)

Still no bluetooth... anyone else with this problem.
