My pc crashed. I purchased a new MacBook Pro.

My files are backed up on carbonite. How do I migrate carbonite files to a MacBook?

I've never used Carbonite, so I'm not sure how it handles the backups, but have you tried installing and using the macOS Carbonite app to see if you can restore the files from the backup?
