Returning company ipads

Hello, I've recently retired, and have two company I pads, which will need to be returned to the corp.

I'd like to get my personal data/pics/iMessage's off both I pads and save this info .

I also have an iPhone, all with the same Apple login.

So, how can I save the data from 2 pad's and, make sure i don't lose any personal info.

I'm sure there will be duplicated, and triples of pic, emails, etc.

will that be a concern
