HomePods do not have music in my library

We have 9 HomePods and I have updated all and now when I ask Siri to play a song or playlist it says “ I can’t find that in your Apple Music” I know the music is in my  music. I have restarted and even unplugged some

of them and it won’t fix. What is the fix?
