Hi! Is it harmful to the laptop's battery if I use it while charging? What are your charging tips to make the MacBook's Battery Health, stay at 100%?

You do not have to drain the battery nor charge it to 100%. Just leave the computer plugged in when convenient to do so. Stop trying to micro manage the power/charging system. The MacOS handles that task very well.
It isn't harmful to use the MacBook Air while it is charging.

Optimized Battery Charging: This feature helps to reduce the wear on your battery and improve its lifespan by learning your daily charging routine. It delays charging the battery past 80% when it predicts that you’ll be plugged in for an extended period of time, and aims to charge the battery before you unplug. You can change this option in Battery preferences.

Yes
It should not cause a problem. Also, you can activate optimised battery charging to reduce battery ageing.
If you want, to get the extreme battery health, you should install this app: https://www.macupdate.com/app/mac/63002/aldente, called AIDENTE. It helps you to decide at what percentage it stops charging (you can keep the charger connected all the time, basically using it as a desktop).
