My order does not appear - How can I return a product
Hello,
Three days ago I received my new Macbook pro M1 16 inches
The screen has a defect and I want to return it, but my order does not appear in my history, so I cannot ask for a return.
If I manually enter my order number, it says that it is already linked to my account
How can I issue a return or just make it appear at all?
