HomePod

Hi All,

I've just about had enough of these absolute useless HomePods, they are just complete rubbish, I have 1 HomePod and 1 HomePod mini. I think Apple should offer refunds as they are not fit for purpose, its a disgrace how bad they are.

Earlier on in the week my Homepod would not run shortcuts or read messages but would play radio stations (mainly Absolute Radio). I then deleted the Homepod from the home app it took a full morning of errors and being unabe to re-pair it to the home app, I evenually got it to pair with the home app by logging out of iTunes on my iPad which seemed to cure the connection problem for some reason. I then had radio stations and it would read my messages but the shortcuts did not work.

The next day, radio stations stopped playing, shortcuts still did not work but it would read messages.

The next day no radio, no shortcuts and no messages.

The next day no radio, messages now work but still no shortcuts

Today, no radio, messages still working and shortcuts now have started to work but on HomePod I have to say "Hey siri I'm home" and that shortcut will run but on the HomePod mini I have to say "Hey Siri, run shortcut I'm home"

I'm close to putting a hammer through both of them, come on Apple, fix these problems or do the decent thing and refund customers as they dont work and are an embarasment to your company.
