applepay advice
i wonder if anyone can assist with this frustrating situation I’m in.
I recently changed my phone due to losing my previous one.
I have an 888 casino account and my preferred method of payment was via Apple Pay.
since changing my phone 888 casino have been in touch for me to verify the Apple Pay account I was previously using was in fact mine and are insisting I show them proof of device number ect.
im unable to do this as I no longer have the phone….. I also deleted the device from my Apple account as I never thought I would need to prove anything.
is there anything I can do to prove it was mine? I have offered to send statements ect with the transactions but they insist they need the Apple pay proof.
any help would be appreciated
