Cannot Delete Recently Relocated Files

These showed up in my "TRASH" and I cannot delete them. They are required by MacOS? I cannot find them in any of my libraries, and cannot recover them. Any suggestions on how to delete them?

If a Relocated Items folder appears on your Mac after upgrading macOS

When you upgrade your Mac, your files and data are carefully reviewed to ensure they’re valid and authorized, undamaged, and in the correct locations. If any of your files couldn’t be moved to their new locations, they’re placed in a Relocated Items folder.

You can find the Relocated Items folder in the Shared folder within the Users folder. An alias to the folder is placed on your Mac desktop—double-click the folder to open it. The PDF document in the Relocated Items folder explains what to do with files placed in this folder.

Try deleting them in Safe Mode... Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at startup), does the problem occur in Safe Mode? Could take 10 minutes or more.
