Hi all, I have a problem with the camera app.: When I set a timer in photo
mode or selfie ,if Live Photo is not active, a series of 10 frames are taken in
a quick sequence. Is it normal behavior?

When using a timer in the Camera app on your iPhone, it's normal for ten photos to be taken in succession.
Use the timer
You can set a timer on your iPhone camera to give yourself time to get in the shot.
To set a timer, open Camera, then do one of the following:
- On iPhone XS, iPhone XR, and later: Tap, tap
, choose 3s or 10s, then tap the Shutter button to start the timer.
- On iPhone X and earlier: Tap
