New Apple Watch Ultra States - No SIM (Verizon)

Hello all,


I've had the watch for about 6 days or so, have it updated as well as the iPhone to latest and greatest as of 10/15, and despite multiple restarts, resets, and at one point leaving it be for a few days, it has never had a cellular connection. Verizon has it showing an ICCID, but the watch and iPhone watch app shows it as either " - " , or "No SIM". Any help or direction would certainly be appreciated.
