No. Note that if the refund is processed after buying the item, the refunded money will be unspent balance instead of being used for it.

So I purchased an item with my debit through the App Store and I am trying to get a refund from that item. I already had money on my account balance prior to purchasing the item and submitting a refund request.
But I am still planning on using my entire account balance, so that would prevent my refund to get approved?
