Transferring my personal music from my laptop/iPod to my desktop/iPhone

My ipod is failing and I want to transfer the music to my iPhone. I loaded my own CDs onto my iPod using my laptop but I sync my phone using my desktop. Is there an easy way to put this music on my iPhone?

Hi,

If it is all personal content, you could subscribe to iTunes Match and use the iCloud Music Library to sync your library across all devices signed in with the same Apple ID. This eliminates having to manually sync each device. Otherwise, you would need to sync as normal.
