iPhone 14 Pro box delivered empty

I pre-ordered the iPhone 14 Pro, and a delivery was made by UPS. The packaging looked perfectly fine, save for a flap which looked bent. Upon opening the package, the iPhone box inside was upside down, and missing the seal. Needless to say, after opening the iPhone box, the iPhone was not in there..

Has anyone encountered a similar issue?
