5 Ghz WiFi Issue

So I'm having an odd issue that really has just started to happen lately. First of all the router I am using is an tp-link ARCHER AX3000. My 2.4 Ghz network is fine on all my devices in the house Apple or not. My 5Ghz non Apple devices are fine too. However on both my iPhone and MacBook Air I will have full signal but my internet just stops working, only way to fix it on either device is to turn the Wi-Fi off and back on. So I'm thinking this has to be some sort of issue between Apple and my router on the 5 Ghz Network side. Since I'm only having an issue with my Apple products on the 5 Ghz and everything else is fine.

Any suggestions? Maybe an more Apple friendly 5 Ghz router setting?

Sorry for the delay but I was busy last night digging around and changing some settings. I did change the channel on my 5 GHz to 136 and so far my iPhone and MacBook Air haven’t been losing connections. I ran the Macs built in Wi-Fi analyzer and it recommended that channel for me and honestly so far so good. Hoping it holds! Thanks for the help.

I'm not that Wi-Fi tech savvy so I'm glad that it seems to be that fixed the issue. I also made a channel change and bandwidth change to my 2.4 GHz since I saw online some recommendations for that as well. Sometimes my smart plugs were slow or would lose connection as well on the lower band and that seems to have fixed that too. So I'm all good now just a couple of tweaks and all seems fine now!
