Hello, my phones ios version is 16.0.3. My all camera preserve settings are turn off. I excpect, when i open camera app, it start with photo mode or other settings open with default settings. But camera open with latest settings. I've tried restart my phone, change setting turn off/turn on etc. But its not fix. Is there any solution for this situation?

When you are finished using the Camera app, do you close it or is it still running in the background? We ask because if it was never closed, this could be why you see the same settings you had last before. Apple Support couldn't solve my problem. Also with ios 16.1 update nothing change about this problem.
