IOS 16.0.3 - Email from exchange server takes long time to load

Dear Team,

It seems we have some issues with loading emails for IoS 16.0.x which in fact takes long time to load. I had iPhone XR with IoS 15.7 where email worked seamlessly. When I upgraded to IoS 16.0.1 - I started getting the issue where unread email if I select to read takes very long to download the email message and then display. I now have iPhone 13 which is upgraded to IoS 16.0.3 - this has the same issue. Note that the fetch settings are set to Push and killing app, restarting, reinstalling or removing and adding exchange server account did not help at all.

Can you please guide what needs to be done?
