How can I get sky poker to work on iPad 4

It looks like the Sky Poker app no longer exists.

I could not find this app in the iOS App Store as either an iPad or iPhone app.

It appears to be removed/discontinued by its developer.

The iPad 4, released by Apple ten years ago, cannot be updated beyond iOS 10.3.3.

The current iPadOS version is 15.7. So naturally many applications currently available can no longer run on an obsolete operating system version.
