Is Apple going to address the horrible battery life ever since iOS 16 update? This is ridiculous. I’m constantly worried my phone will die when I need it most

With any new version of iOS there are always maintenance and re-indexing tasks to be performed. It should settle down in a few days. These are the standard steps for short battery life:
1) Have you tried a restart? If not, do it now.
2) Go to Settings > Battery > BATTERY USAGE BY APP to see the apps that are consuming your battery.
3) Check “Battery Health” in the link:

4) If all else fails, consider a battery replacement:

Yes I have tried the above. It’s been over 2wks and it’s no better
very upsetting
I recently updated my iPhone 11 to iOS 16.0.2. Ever since the iOS 16 update my battery life is horrible! I need to charge my phone at least twice during the day. Is Apple going to address this issue?
