MacBook Pro 16 2021 randomly restarts when in sleep mode or display is off?

My macbook pro restarts when going to screensaver mode or sleep mode. Doesn't matter it charging or not, doesn't matter how much (sometimes it is only 15 min, sometimes it is hours). It is really annoying as it close all apps. After rebooting no any crash meessages, also there are no any crach reports in console.app. I tried SMC reset and tryed diferents configurations for sleep mode. Also I don't have any usb or other devices connected. I have only air pods.

It was beginning from first day of buying laptop, it is new, just severals weeks. Please help with resolving this problem.

I use macOS Monterey, version 12.6.

Macbook pro 16 2021 M1 Max, 64Gb, 4Tb.
