IOS 16 problems with voiceover.
Is anyone else having the problem of the voiceover not working after installing the OIS 16 update
I can't get it to work with Siri, or text message on my phone/carplay
However my apple watch is working fine.

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. When you say that VoiceOver isn't working, what happens exactly? Try the following from Turn on and practice VoiceOver on iPhone - Apple Support to enable and adjust VoiceOver settings.
1. Go to Settings > Accessibility > VoiceOver.
2. Turn on VoiceOver, tap VoiceOver Practice, then double-tap to start.
3. Practice the following gestures with one, two, three, and four fingers:
• Tap
• Double-tap
• Triple tap
• Swipe left, right, up, or down
4. When you finish practicing, tap Done, then double-tap to exit.
You may also be referring to Siri responses. If so, as mentioned in Change Siri voice or language - Apple Support, "to hear spoken responses from Siri on your device, tap Settings > Siri & Search > Siri Responses."
