Fail to install instagram on app store

Recently I found that I can’t login to my Instagram account and there’s some bus in Instagram. Therefore I want to re-download it so I delete the Instagram and try to download it again on App Store but after I click on the download button it just keep showing the loading circle and didn’t download anything, so I randomly click on another, app and try to download it, and I found it successfully to download, so only can’t download Instagram . I’m already restart my iPhone for many times and clean the usage data already. Still, it doesn’t work.
