Instagram app problem with installing

So i deleted the instagram app on my iPhone 11.

I went to redownload it and in the app store it said “open” instead of redownload, i click open and nothing happens, i restart my phone many times and the app is on my phone, but the icon is white with lines through it instead of the instagram icon, and nothing loads, i wenr to delete it again and it is deleted from app libery and home screen, but it was still in iphone storage (still white icon), can uou help me install it again?
