Can’t find Sleep info in watch or phone

Hi! I’ve read how to see my sleep stages and other info on my watch and phone but I don’t get any info on stages. I can only see the time I spent asleep and the sleep focus timers. And even this is incorrect because it is only showing recording between my sleep timer times, and not the actual amount of time I spent sleeping (slept through my alarm!) How do I see more info?

Hi 6falen9,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. You can use Sleep on iPhone to view your data.

  1. From the Health app on your iPhone, go to Browse, then Sleep.
  2. Select D for daily, M for the past month or 6M for the last 6 months.
  3. Then, tap Show More Sleep Data. You'll see a stages tab which gives a breakdown of sleep stages.

Check out Track your sleep on Apple Watch and use Sleep on iPhone - Apple Support for further details about this feature.

Take care.
