My mothers iPhone 14

My mother has just bought an iPhone 14 and has just uploaded everything from her old phone to her new phone and left it hours before she factory reset her old phone to make sure everything was on her new iPhone and just after she reset her old iPhone her iPhone 14 went off and went back to how it was when she first opened it and now she is missing photos email etc how do we get her things back
