Wrong heart rate at beginning of outdoor run workout

Same as the following. I also received a new watch and same issue happens:

Maybe I understood the issue and had a good behavior doing like this:

• start the run outdoor activity
• don’t move and wait for 3…2…1…Go
• don’t move and wait for the display detecting the heartrate
• when the heartrate value seems stable, then start running

I’ll keep going trying this sequence and see if it’s definitely a fix.

If it is the workaround, I really wonder why NO ONE in Apple knows this issue.

It really looks like a bug.
