I have a Apple Watch Series 3 GPS + Cellular，It won't work with my ios16 device because it's prompted to upgrade, but it gets stuck on the installation screen and doesn't move.
I paired it with an ios15 phone and it works fine, but still can't upgrade，It is also stuck on the installation page.I made sure the WiFi was connected,

Memory may be the issue. Unpair the watch from your iPhone. This will push a backup and erase the watch. Then try to pair it again, which will force it to update, then you can load the backup. If this doesn't work, I honestly don't know what else to suggest.
There's an iOS update coming out Monday. Maybe there will be something there which will help the people who are having Series 3 Watch issues.
A lot of people can't seen to update their Series 3 Watches. I would recommend going to your closest Apple Store and let them update it for you.
