Unable to cancel my Apple TV+ subscription

I purchased the free week of Apple Tv as the baseball season was to end. I knew that the playoffs would start after my free subscription would expire and I would be charged for it. I allowed the charge for the month of October 2022 and am trying to cancel it before October 30, 2022 as per Apple TV policy. The purchase does not show up under my iTunes account, but I was able to retrieve the receipt for the purchase, which was never sent to me. Since the purchase does not show up I cannot cancel it. So how do i cancel it?
