Is your image truncated(?) you can expand the panel to view it's entirety...

The numbering system is relative not absolute.

From Terminal.app you can get a different look, copy and paste:

diskutil list internal

Are you saying you have more than one Container?

Volumes can be added or removed without penalty

Add, delete, or erase APFS volumes in Disk Utility on Mac

I only took a quick look, but it looks normal. I wouldn't use "Snapshot" in your volume names though as that can cause confusion when trying to troubleshoot issues since APFS volumes utilize snapshots. Here are a couple of article regarding the new drive layouts beginning with macOS 10.15+:

The "Notion" reference, do you mean "Norton" by any chance? If so, then this is most likely the cause of the laptop running hot. Anti-virus apps, cleaning apps, and third party security software are not needed on a Mac and usually cause more problems than they solve since they interfere with the normal operation of macOS. Plus they can really impact system performance which in turn can cause a computer to work harder which creates more heat. If you have any of these apps installed, then uninstall them by following the developer's instructions.

Hi leroydouglas

When I got my Mac, I flashed it and at that time it was not showing the drive to install Os so I created APFS volume and it came like this in my disk utility ( images below )
