Verify that your app is updated. The last listed update was October 17 (two days ago).

Try this for any misbehaving app:

1. Force-quit the app, then relaunch and try again.
2. If the issue persists, force-quit the app, restart the device, then relaunch and try again.
3. If the issue still persists, delete the app, re-download and try again.
4. If the issue still persists, then contact the app developer for further assistance.

Verify that your Apple TV system software is up-to-date. Update your Apple TV - Apple Support.

Else please refer to step 4 from previous post, as the app publisher should know most about their app’s behavior.

I’m unable to launch my Zwift account on AppleTV… I have deleted the app and reloaded it with negative results…. It just hangs on the blue screen then pops back to the main Apple TV page.
