Problem with sleep mode 16.0.3

hello i need help! I swapped my iPhone from 11 to 13 pro on the day iOS 16.0.3 went public, and since then I have had a problem with sleep mode. When it is turned on on the phone, it does not activate on the watch (Apple Watch SE). Of course, it worked fine before the update. WatchOS latest 9.0.2. I was restoring the watch to the factory settings clean and from a backup but it did not work. I avoid factory reset on iPhone because I have two eSIM cards in this phone and losing both at once will be a big problem. I'd rather not do that. I have no more ideas what to do. Help please ... I was looking on the forums on Google and here, but I did not find a similar problem and solution, that's why I am writing myself. Please advise me what I can to do.
