iPhone 7 can't read or write NFC

Hi everyone,

In the past, my iPhone 7 was capable to readed and wrote NFC tags (NTAG215) using 3 party apps. Nowdays I don't know what's happen, but I can't read or wrote my tags anymore, even tags that I wrote in the past!

I don't know if the problem was the iOS update, now I'm on 15.7, but the incredible it's Apple Pay are working fine. Anyone knows about this problem? The tag isn't recognize, it's like nothing happens, not even an message saying the tag it's imcompatible.

Thanks for posting in Apple Communities.

We understand that NFC tags aren't working for third parties, but works for Apple Pay. Since Apple Pay is working, it would be best to contact the affected third party app developer. Because the app was not developed by Apple, the developer would be able to provide more insight.

Unfortunelly the problem isn't exclusive to 3 parties apps, when I tried to use th Apple App (NFC Tag Reader), the result is the same! The app don't give me any answer, in the past it gave me that the Tag isn't compatible.

For me it's clear that exist a problem.
