Your Site is out of order re: payment methods
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen
Wanted to update MY PAYMENT METHODS with MY DEBIT CARD - MasterCard - did NOT work
First attempt to update - the SITE was BLANK - NOTHING - just empty; aka WHITE.
And when it finally worked - the Security Code - which normally consists of 3 digits - your system did only take two - and then when finally managed to ENTER ALL THREE DIGITS - it said - (upon saving) Your payment method was rejected. Enter a valid payment method.
Now - YOU ARE THE FIRST COMPANY that rejects my payments - i.e., for ex. eBay - America - Germany - Switzerland - ANY country; ALL accepted my POST FINANCE CARD - Which had been renewed for ALL users: It now is a Debit Card - i.e., a MasterCard INCLUDED for ALL accounts Swiss-wide. And there is ENOUGH of money in my account. Just for your information.
So, frankly, your policy of making business cannot be understood - sorry.
HOW LONG HAVE WE BEEN IN BUSINESS and HOW MANY GADGETS HAVE BEEN BOUGHT FROM YOU?
As far as i can count 9 - maybe even more - because from iPod clip to 6 - all are included.
In other words: IS there a SUITABLE solution or do you wish to get rid of me?
