I keep getting charged for individual when on my husband’s family storage

For several months now we’ve had family storage through my husband’s account. I’ve been on it to my knowledge, but still getting charged for individual storage on my account

Hi casasie178,

Welcome to the Apple Community.

We are all Apple users, like yourself, in this community,

so we have no access to your accounts or details to check this out for you.

We'd like to help. however.

If you were to just cancel the individual storage, and your data is actually stored there,

you may lose data from your synced device(s).

You might want to check where in iCloud your data is actually being stored:

ie: in the individual storage, in the family storaget, or both ... eg: some in each ... ?

Check your iCloud storage online or on any device – Apple Support

And

✽ Check your iPhone settings Settings > Family. >Tap Subscriptions, tap iCloud+

Share iCloud+ with your family - Apple Support

In the article above:

✽. You can scroll to: "See how much storage your family is using"

and

✽. If needed: Scroll to see how to: "Switch from your personal iCloud+ plan to your family plan"

If you need more help or support:

You might want to reach out to the Subscriptions and Billing Support Team:

There is a "Get Support" link (or an app) at the bottom of their webpage (link below)

or

All the best :-)
