Minus degrees not showing on face of Apple Watch

On the startpage of my Apple Watch, I have chosen to have the temperature in the left corner. This shows as a half circle between the lowest and highest temperature of the day, with the current temperature as a dot on that half circle. Today it is between -3 and 3 degrees Celcius, but it doesn't show the minus-symbol on the left of the half circle. How do I fix it?

Thanks for reaching back out, lanic5. From here, we'd recommend unpairing your watch, and pairing it again, as this can sometimes help with what you're seeing. Unpair and erase your Apple Watch - Apple Support

How to unpair your Apple Watch from your iPhone
1) Keep your Apple Watch and iPhone close together as you unpair them.
2) Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone.
3) Go to the My Watch tab and tap All Watches.
4) Tap the info button  next to the watch that you want to unpair.

5) Tap Unpair Apple Watch.

6) For GPS + Cellular models, choose to keep or remove your cellular plan.
•If you want to pair your Apple Watch and iPhone again, keep your plan.
•If you don't want to pair your Apple Watch and iPhone again, remove your plan. If you aren't going to pair with a different watch or iPhone, you might need to contact your carrier to cancel your cellular subscription.
7) Tap again to confirm. You might need to enter your Apple ID password to disable Activation Lock. Before erasing all content and settings on your Apple Watch, your iPhone creates a new backup of your Apple Watch. You can use the backup to restore a new Apple Watch. After your Apple Watch unpairs, you'll see the Start Pairing message.
8) Set up your Apple Watch again.

Hey Apple Watch Series 7,

Thanks for contacting Apple Communities Support.

We see where the negative sign is not on the left which is wear it should be. If you haven't already, restart the Apple Watch and IPhone by following the steps here: Restart Apple Watch. This article include steps to restart the iPhone as well.

If you continue to have issues, make sure the Apple Watch and the iPhone are up-to-date.

If the steps above do not help, pick a different watch face, and then change it back to the one you're using. This may help reset the watch face you're using. If you need help with changing/customizing the watch face review this article: Customize the watch face.

Hope this helps. Take care.
