Airpods pro 2nd Generation Broke In Half When Trying To Get My Ear-Tip Off...
Hi All,
So i just bought the new pro's and after using them a couple times I've decided to try the other tips. The first one went of with a little bit of force, compared to the old ones and the second one just did not come of but instead the bud broke in half and took the 3 cables with it. So now im left with 1 working bud.
I do not own the receipt anymore... I am a summing this is just a production fault since its impossible to get the tip off and the middle frame of the bud came of very easily.
Filling up a report for a call is not working on the site since i am getting a error.
I've tried calling but the assistant claims that she works at apple for 4 years and never heard about this issue so "it cant be a production fault", while the buds are only a couple months old so that makes no sense to me, any way. I have spent €300 on buds i could use for 1 day and i would like apple to help me out here... It should be a simple repair.
