My Music Library

I have a music collection that i have built over my lifetime loaded onto my iPhone. I have NO desire to purchase an Apple Music Subscription neither now or anytime in the future.

When I ask Siri to play a song or artist from iPhone (ie: “Hey Siri, play Tina turner”), I receive the message: “You’ll need to update your Apple Subscription to allow me to do that for you.”

In order to work around this annoying problem, I must say “Hey Siri. Play Tina Turner from my music library.”

Is there setting I can change that forces Siri to look at my personal music library permanently instead of looking to see if I have an apple subscription?

Thank you!
