I don’t have a subscription to Apple Music. I want to find out if I have a song in MY music library in my iPhone.
When I say “hey Siri search for “Song’s name“ I get an error message, “sorry I cannot find this song in Apple Music”
is there a way I can “force” Siri to search in my library?

I believe "search" invokes Siri to actually perform a search, which is why you get internet results.

What you mean is, you think there is no way of searching for a specific song in my library using Siri? (When I go to "Library>Songs" and write the name of the song in the search field it finds it instantly if it exists)

I did. That’s what I got (after Siri saying “that’s what I found on the web”)
I said “Search in my library when we were young”
Ask Siri to search in "my music library."
I just say "Hey Siri, play when we were young from my music library." Or, "... from my playlist XXXXX." Haven't had any similar issues.
“Play” works. What doesn’t is “Search”
I had no problem with play
can you please try the search and tell me if it also works for you?
