iOS 16.0.3 assistive touch

iOS 16 my assistive touch randomly turns on and it’s really annoying. I normally have it turned off. If you weren’t limited to a button and use the whole screen like most assistive touch things, it would be better and I might use iit but one little button it’s just irritating. Is there a way to get it to stop. I turn it off and bam it’s back again next time I unlock my phone.
