Bought a Brand New iPhone 13 but it looks used??
i just purchased an iPhone 13 and when i opened the box there were smudges everywhere, i haven’t even touched the phone yet and it looks like it has been used already? is this normal? ?

No, it is not normal. WHERE did you buy this “new” iPhone 13? Was it wrapped in plastic film? New phones are. Have you checked its serial number here→Apple - Support - Check Your Service and Support Coverage. The end date for warranty should be 1 year from the date you bought it.
