Bootcamp - Can't Download the software because of a network problem

Windows Black screen of death. Went into MacOS side and can no longer see the Windows Partition. Just vanished. Thankfully I had backed it up. Anyway, now I try and use Bootcamp Manager to re-create the Windows partition and every-time I try to do so... I get the "Downloading Windows support software "Task Status, then the "Can't download the software because of a network problem." message. Cant get beyond this. I am running a Mac Pro 2020 and using the Win10_21H2_EnglishInternational_x64.iso. Interestingly, when I go to Disk Utility I see the CCCOMA_X64 Disk Image. But still, cant get beyond the "Can't download the software because of a network problem." message. Getting really annoyed as I need Windows 10 on my Mac Pro for work. Can anyone help with this? Thanks.

PS. I do the same thing on my 2020 Macbook Pro - and it works every time. So definitely not a connection issue at my house.
