What changes do I need to make to return printing to “almost instantaneous”, as before IOS 16????

I have no issue with iPhone 12 Pro iOS 16 with HP Deskjet Printer 3830 with Airprint. Please contact your Printer Manufacturer.

Since IOS 16, printing to AirPrint Canon 9520 PIXMA printer (successfully worked for ALL PRINTING PRIOR TO IOS 16 - for 2 YEARS) it takes about 15 seconds before anythings is received by printer, THEN some 15-20 secs to print
