When I look in the App Store, I always see that they’re for this or that iOS, like Sierra, but I never see for Monterey. I don’t know why there are so many iOS versions anyway. Also, does anyone know if any of the photo editing apps are similar to Photoshop? My very old Photoshop is on a CD ROM and the Mac won’t recognize my external disk drive so I can’t install it and see if it’ll work on this computer. And the Photoshop site wants a subscription.
Affinity makes good products that are similar in function to the Adobe apps. I couldn't tell you if they closely resemble the apps. There is also Pixelmator Pro.

Just so we're all on the same page, iOS systems are for iPhones and iPads. Macs utilize macOS systems.
Oh, I didn’t know that. I thought that they were all iOS. I’m very new to owning my Mac. I’ve had iPads and iPhones for years. Thanks.
