Lost IPhone

My Iphone was stolen and i received a message that it has been found and that i should click on a link ,which i did and entered my apple id and password, I later found out it was a scam and they had immediately put off find me on my phone.

Immediately i noticed i couldn’t see the phone again on find me app,I changed my Apple id password.

The phone is still logged in on my apple id,I want to know if the phone is still useful to the thief since it is still logged in on my apple id.

And can they have access to my information

i already changed password to all my social media accounts

i have also signed out my gmail account on the phone
